    You place a $600 refundable deposit. That lets us kick off a serious search and schedule candidate conversations with your team.

  2. When you hire

    After an offer is signed, you pay a one-time placement fee of 20–30% of the hire's first-year salary. The exact rate depends on how many hires you make with TalentArm.

  3. Room to evaluate

    Every Direct Hire includes a 6-month hire guarantee—so you are not guessing whether the match will hold after week two.
