We charge a one-time, fully refundable deposit to kick off your search and introduce you to candidates. This amount is credited toward your final hiring fee.

Offer signed

Once your new team member signs their offer, we charge a one-time fee based on a percentage of their first-year salary. The more you hire through us, the lower that percentage gets.

30-Day Replacement Search Guarantee

If the candidate hired through TalentArm does not work out within the first 30 days of their start date, TalentArm will run one replacement search at no additional recruiting fee.
